A visit can have four different statuses:
- Open: You can report data, answering the survey.
- Done: The visit report is saved. You cannot modify data, neither make a new visit the same day.
- Failed: The report gets saved with its time and already reported data. It is allowed to create a new visit in the point of sale this day.
- Annulated: The visit gets deleted from the system. It will be count as if the point of sale was not visited. You can open a new visit in this shop the same day.
